Lucknow witnessed one of the region’s most distinguished gatherings of leaders, healthcare professionals and changemakers as AngelLife Group successfully hosted “Influence, Inspiration & Impact 2026 – Celebrating Women & Men Who Inspire & Lead” at the prestigious Renaissance Hotel By Marriot, Gomti Nagar. The day-long conclave, awards ceremony and doctors’ workshop brought together an extraordinary blend of policymakers, defence officers, senior medical professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, corporate leaders and wellness experts on a common platform dedicated to celebrating leadership, inspiring excellence and fostering meaningful collaborations. Conceptualised and hosted by Dr. Shashank Kharabanda, Founder, Chairman & CEO of AngelLife Group, the event was envisioned as a celebration of individuals whose dedication, vision and commitment continue to positively influence society. The programme commenced with the traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony, symbolising the pursuit of knowledge and progress, followed by the National Anthem and an inspiring welcome address by Dr. Vibha Bose, who spoke about the importance of recognising individuals whose work creates lasting impact in their communities and professions.

Dushyant Singh Chauhan (Retd.), decorated war veteran, counter-insurgency specialist, author and poet, shared invaluable lessons on leadership, resilience and discipline drawn from decades of military service. Shri Mahendra Singh Dev, Deputy Superintendent – Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh Police), Lucknow, inspired the audience with his perspectives on public service, integrity and responsible leadership and captivated the delegates with his success stories and sports heroics. Acclaimed author, psychologist and leadership coach Shri Chandra Shekhar Varma delivered an engaging address on personal growth, emotional intelligence and transformational leadership, while Shri Raunak Gupta, Divisional Officer, Civil Defence and Policy Advisor associated with NITI Aayog initiatives, highlighted the importance of preparedness, policy and collaborative governance in nation building. Completing the eminent panel, Dr. Deepti Gupta, renowned Gynaecologist, Obstetric Consultant and British Fertility Certified IVF Specialist, shared her inspiring life journey from the humble rural backgrounds to the world stage in women’s healthcare and emphasized compassionate, ethical and patient-centric medical practice.

Following an engaging networking luncheon, the programme transitioned into an exclusive Doctors’ Workshop on Aesthetic Medicine, attended by medical practitioners and healthcare professionals from across the region. The afternoon session commenced with the official launch of “AngelLife’s Art & Anatomy of Aesthetics – For Doctors & Dreamers,” a landmark academic publication developed to serve as a practical and scientific guide for doctors entering the rapidly expanding field of aesthetic medicine. The launch symbolised another important milestone in AngelLife’s commitment towards structured medical education and clinical excellence.
Delegates were warmly welcomed by Dr. Anand Chaudhary & Shri Uma Shankar Dubey, after which Dr. Shashank Kharabanda introduced the workshop by highlighting the rapid evolution of aesthetic medicine and the growing importance of evidence-based practice, ethical treatment protocols and continuous professional education.
