INVRSE, a Dehradun-based gaming startup founded by Akansha Sahu, Harshit Chauhan, and Aman Choudhary, has been selected for equity-free incubation at TBI GEU, marking an important milestone for Uttarakhand’s tech ecosystem. The team is building one of India’s first skill-focused sim racing ecosystems, combining high-quality digital gameplay with real-world motorsport learning.
INVRSE is addressing a growing concern among parents and educators—children spending hours on violent or unproductive games. Instead of contributing to that trend, the founders are creating a sim racing game designed to help children learn real transferable skills such as reflexes, focus, judgment, coordination, and discipline. Their goal is to make gaming meaningful, structured, and aligned with real learning outcomes.
The startup is particularly unique because it is building both the software and physical infrastructure required to create an authentic sim racing environment. The game forms the core of the experience, while the team’s custom simulator setups offer hands-on motorsport training at a fraction of traditional costs. This hardware-software combination positions INVRSE as a first mover in India’s emerging simulation racing space.
Being selected for TBI GEU’s incubation program gives the team access to mentorship, technical support, innovation labs, and business development assistance—all without giving up equity. This support is especially valuable for a startup working in a resource-heavy sector that blends engineering, game development, motorsport systems, and immersive tech.
“We want children to experience motorsport-inspired skill building in a safe, accessible way,” the founders shared. “TBI GEU’s support helps us accelerate development and continue building from Dehradun with confidence.”
Globally, sim racing is seeing rapid adoption as both a sport and a training tool. Professional drivers use simulation training before stepping onto real tracks. INVRSE aims to bring the same culture to India—democratizing motorsport access and creating a learning pathway for young enthusiasts across the country.
The team is now working on improving the physics engine, strengthening the game mechanics, and preparing for pilot testing with schools and learning centers. Their long-term vision includes creating sim racing hubs, esports integrations, and community-driven learning programs.
INVRSE’s journey reflects the rise of purpose-driven gaming in India—products designed not just for play, but for growth. With incubation support secured, the Dehradun-based startup is set to drive forward its mission of building a skill-focused, future-ready gaming ecosystem.
